At karpatkey, we're looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Institutional team. You’ll be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial analysis, market research, and lead generation to drive investments in our Institutional funds.
Responsibilities
- Manage the prospection and qualification of new investor leads;
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on DeFi market analysis, investment performance, and strategy recommendations for potential investors;
- Develop and maintain financial models for DeFi investments, including valuation, risk assessment, and return projections;
- Engage with the TradFi industry, attending webinars, conferences, and other events to network with industry professionals and gain insights;
- Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements within the DeFi and broader crypto ecosystem;
- Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all DeFi investments adhere to regulatory standards and internal risk management policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred;
- Proven experience in Asset Management or in a similar role in investment management, preferably with established institutional relations;
- Passion for DeFi and ideally a solid understanding of dApps and Ethereum's overall ecosystem;
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modelling and data analysis;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely;
- Proactive, independent worker with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken (C1).
